That ring truly deserves a moment in the spotlight.

Why did Jennifer Aydin get a new, larger engagement ring from her husband Bill?

Jennifer and Bill celebrated their 18th anniversary with a lavish dinner at home in the company of three of their four children, which was shown in Season 11 Episode 13 of RHONJ in May 2021. During the dinner, Bill surprised Jennifer by upgrading her engagement ring with a jaw-dropping 9-carat canary yellow diamond ring.

Not only did the ring have a dazzling center stone, it was also surrounded by a diamond halo and a diamond-studded triple-shank.

“Small present,” Bill joked as he presented his wife with the gift. “Half a carat per year.”

“No f-cking way,” Jennifer gasped as her husband opened the ring box. “I’ve always wanted a yellow diamond.”

Chloë Grace Moretz and girlfriend Kate Harrison sparked engagement rumors when they both wore rings on their left hands to Disneyland, with some fans wondering if they’re already married.

The two wore casual outfits, both donning jeans, baseball caps and sneakers, with the shiny accessories as they hit the Anaheim, California, park on Friday, April 26. Moretz, 27, seemed to have a thinner band behind another ring featuring a gold band with a large diamond at the center.

Moretz has been spotted wearing the same sparkler on several occasions now. The diamond ring and thin band first appeared when she attended a W Magazine event in Los Angeles on March 7, and the rings were seen again when she posed at the Shanghai Louis Vuitton show on April 18. While in Shanghai, Moretz modeled several different LV looks in a video for the fashion house — and the diamond ring and thinner band behind it stayed on her hand in each outfit.

Victoria Beckham reportedly has a collection of 15 engagement rings, according to Elle.

Over the course of their 24 years of marriage, her husband – retired football star David Beckham – has gifted her with 15 different engagement rings. Each has a different design and flair, beginning with the simplicity of the very first one, which David reportedly used to propose.

The former Spice Girl has a plethora of different diamonds to choose from, and cycles through them regularly, donning whichever one suits either her outfit or her mood.

In 1998, David proposed to Victoria with a three-carat marquise-cut diamond set on a plain yellow gold band, which at the time was reportedly valued at around $85,000. After their wedding, Victoria transitioned to a platinum-set eternity band, the design featuring a beveled edge as well as white diamonds. She wore it for 18 months and it was the only single band ring she ended up wearing.

Victoria switched things up in 2003 – around the time she and David renewed their vows – and upgraded to a platinum-set, emerald-cut diamond with side baguettes.

To ring in her 30th birthday, David pulled out all the stops and reportedly gifted Victoria a halo-set, pink champagne diamond ring that at the time was valued to be worth $1.1m. The following year, David gave Victoria what is arguably the biggest ring in her collection – a pear-cut 17-carat diamond set on a diamond pave band – and is one of the rings she still keeps in her rotation, as she is regularly photographed with it.

Going hand in hand with wedding season, which is well underway, is the search for the perfect engagement ring. And while they’re likely out of your budget, who can resist looking to over-the-top celebrity engagement rings for a little inspo?

According to data compiled by jewelry brand Mark Broumand, Megan Fox‘s ring gets the most monthly Google searches. The “Toi et Moi” (“you and me”) ring Machine Gun Kelly chose for his beloved garnered 31,200 monthly searches worldwide. The sparkler consists of “two separate interlocking bands held together by a magnet,” the company says.

“One band holds a pear-shaped diamond, the other a pear-shaped untreated Colombian emerald, with both gems sitting on 18 karats of white gold pavè set,” in case you need to tell your significant other.

Coming in second place was the second engagement ring Ben Affleck gave Jennifer Lopez. With an average of 20,350 monthly searches, the sparkler is estimated to cost up to $10 million.

For daydreaming purposes, the center stone is an 8.5 carat, cushion-cut green diamond — the second-most rare type on the planet. “White baguette cut diamonds flank the green diamond, and these are sandwiched between two further trapezoid shaped diamonds,” according to Mark Broumand.

Third place belongs to Kourtney Kardashian, whose 12-carat oval-shaped diamond ring from Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker gets an average of 12,300 monthly searches.

Fourth on the list is Meghan Markle’s engagement ring from Prince Harry, getting an average of 11,500 monthly searches. Harry designed the ring, which features three diamonds, including two diamonds from Princess Diana’s collection. Meghan reportedly had the band redesigned.

E! News exclusively confirmed on July 10 that The Real Housewives of New York City alum is engaged to Scott Litner. The finance executive proposed with a custom emerald-cut, five-carat diamond ring, from NYC jeweler Material Good, during a boat ride on their recent vacation to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. 

Kelly, who will appear on The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip Season 5 (RHONY: Legacy), gave E! a close look at the ring in a photo that showed her looking shocked as she held up her hand moments after getting engaged. The real estate pro had a pretty light pink manicure that perfectly complemented her pink string bikini, and she was donning other jewelry, including gold hoop earrings, several bracelets, and a gold pinky ring. 

Kelly also proudly showed off her new sparkler while showing support for Luann de Lesseps and Sonja Morgan at the New York City premiere of Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake (check out some of the premiere episode in the video above). 

Kelly grinned on the red carpet as she put the ring on display with her hand on her hip. While the diamond is head-turning in its own right, Kelly also donned a jaw-dropping look for the evening in a see-through black dress with exposed black undergarments.
