Sharing a statement on her Instagram Katie, wrote: ‘I will be coming off all social media for a period of time. I need to take time off for personal reasons.
‘Thank you to all my loyal fans for always supporting me xxx’.
The reality star turned off comments on the post, which she captioned with several heart emojis.
Katie’s new arm tattoos where visible in the snap but there was no sign of the huge diamond ring her fiancé had given her.
It’s not clear if Carl, 33, was with the family on the day.
Katie’s social media hiatus comes after her ex Kieran Hayler’s fiancée Michelle Penticost made a thinly-veiled dig at her after she missed her daughter Princess’ 15th birthday.
Michelle, 39, who has been in embroiled in a legal battle with the star, took a swipe after Katie jetted off to Thailand with Carl before her daughter’s birthday.
Katie avoided a jail term for breaking the rules of a restraining order and calling Michelle a ‘gutter s**g’.
